1. Non-Refundable Policy

   1-1. Cancellation within 7 days: Deposits are non-refundable for any cancellations made within one week of the scheduled appointment date, except as provided in section 2-2.

   1-2. Commenced Design Work: Even if requested more than 7 days in advance, a refund cannot be issued once the artist has begun the design process.

   1-3. Disagreement during Consultation: If a final agreement is not reached during the design adjustment process after the work has been produced, the deposit remains non-refundable as it is considered compensation for the design work.
   

2. Refundable Policy

   2-1. Early Cancellation: A 100% full refund will be issued if the cancellation is requested more than 7 days prior to the appointment date.

   2-2. Artist's Failure to Provide Design: A full refund is available upon request if the artist fails to produce the design by the pre-agreed deadline. (Please note that design deadlines vary by artist.)
